  Special Topic Title: Prevent Controls-Human Food
  One credit, two-day workshop called Preventive Controls for Human Foods (PCHF/Old title HACCP), taught in Pullman (Jan. 20-21, 2018, 8-6pm) in FSHN 103/155. This is a 2.5 day class that will be covered in 2 days with each of the two days being longer by at least 2 hours. This is being done to help the students with their regular semester class schedule. We will ensure that the instruction time is at the minimum equivalent to 2.5 days, as per the FSPCA guidelines.
